You have held so much.

The responsibilities.

The roles.

The emotions you did not have time to feel.

The strength everyone depended on.

The parts of you that learned to stay composed, productive, helpful, and in control.

And somewhere along the way, your body adapted.

It tightened.

It protected.

It carried.

It compensated.

It kept going.

This retreat is not about fixing you.
It is about helping your body feel safe enough to finally soften.

Who She Is

For the Woman Who Has Been
Holding Everything Together

She may look composed, capable, and put together on the outside, but inside something deeper is calling for her attention.

I

The mother who has given so much of herself that she is ready to remember who she is.

II

The professional or entrepreneur whose success has come with a cost to her nervous system.

III

The dentist, nurse, practitioner, or healer who supports everyone else but rarely gets deeply held herself.

IV

The spiritually curious woman who wants grounded science, not vague promises.

V

The woman in transition who knows her next chapter cannot be built from the same old survival patterns.

The Land

Sedona Is Not Just the Backdrop. It Is Part of the Medicine.

There is a quality to this place that the body recognizes before the mind can name it. The red rocks settle something. The desert air softens something. The silence holds you in a way that constant motion rarely does.

For thousands of years, this landscape has been considered sacred. Many who arrive here describe a stillness that feels both ancient and alive, a quality of space that invites the body to exhale at a depth it has forgotten.

The Approach

Science-Informed. Sacredly Held. Body-Led.

This retreat blends nervous system education, fascia-based release, breath, food as medicine, emotional integration, and sacred reflection.

We are not asking women to believe in something vague. We are helping them understand what their body has been doing, why it adapted, and how to begin creating safety from the inside out.

Full Moon, October 2026

Held Beneath a Sky That Asks Nothing of You

The retreat is held during the full moon, a window many women describe as emotionally vivid, energetically alive, and uniquely suited to release. We do not promise anything mystical. We simply create a space where, if something is ready to be felt, it has room to be felt.

The Rhythm

A Day Inside the Retreat

The days are intentionally spacious. There is no overscheduling, no urgency, no performance. The body is given the one thing it cannot heal without, which is time.

Morning

Awaken Slowly, Together

A gentle nervous system practice, grounding, breath, humming, or fascia-based movement to begin the day from a regulated place.

Late Morning

Nourishment & A Teaching

A beautifully prepared breakfast paired with a short food as medicine teaching, connecting the meal to the body, the elements, and the day ahead.

Midday

A Science-Informed Session

Grounded teachings on fascia, stress, emotional storage, the nervous system, and the body's natural intelligence, given with clarity, not jargon.

Afternoon

Integration in Sedona

A nature experience, rest, reflection, bodywork, or a guided release session, chosen to meet the rhythm the body is asking for that day.

Evening

Circle, Ceremony, Stillness

An element-inspired dinner, a women's circle, inner child or forgiveness work, full moon reflection, or quiet integration to close the day.

Some days will move slower. Some days will feel quieter. The container is built to follow the body, not to override it.

The Retreat Home

The Retreat Home

A private Sedona space for rest, beauty, and being held.

The retreat is held in a light-filled private home designed for spaciousness, nourishment, and quiet integration. Between guided sessions, meals, and Sedona experiences, you will have places to rest, gather, breathe, journal, swim, and simply be.

This is where the nervous system gets to stop scanning and start settling.

Every Meal Becomes Part of the Healing

Meals are not treated as an afterthought. They are part of the retreat experience, prepared with reverence for the body that will receive them.

Before each meal, guests may receive a simple "food for thought" teaching that connects the ingredients to the body, digestion, energy, the elements, nourishment, and emotional state.

The intention is to help women relate to food not through restriction, guilt, or control, but through reverence, connection, and nourishment.

The Body Holds What the Mind Had to Move Past

Tension, guardedness, fatigue, and disconnection are not character flaws. They are intelligent adaptations, the body's way of protecting you when there was no other option.

Through guided somatic movement and gentle fascia-based practices, this retreat creates space for the body to begin unwinding at its own pace, without force, without performance, and without needing to explain itself.

Body awareness is returned to the woman herself. She learns to listen to the signals she has spent years overriding, and discovers that beneath the tension, her body still knows how to soften.

Breath, Sound & Regulation

A Quiet Language Your Body Already Knows

Breath, humming, mantra, and sound are some of the oldest, most direct ways the body has of returning to itself. They do not require belief. They do not require training. They simply require space.

Each day weaves in body-based regulation practices that are gentle, accessible, and supported, designed to help the nervous system feel met rather than managed.

The Container

Only 15 Women.
Application Only.

This retreat is intentionally limited to 15 women so the space can remain intimate, personal, and deeply supported.

Not every retreat is for every woman. The invitation process helps protect the quality of the circle, the safety of the container, and the depth of the experience.

This is not a mass retreat. It is a carefully held experience for women who are ready to be present, open, respectful, and supported.

For once, you do not have to be the one holding everything.
